Think that this beautiful small hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. The property is fairly clean with a nice design, and the continental breakfast is enjoyable! Great and lovely location close to the sea, you can walk everywhere.

Attractive, delightful rooms with different amenities. Marvellous and stunning location to Santander's beautiful beaches, and 5 min walking distance to Segunda Playa de el Sardinero.

The location was particularly good and excellent, just a short walk away from Plaza Italia. Amicable and excellent staff, we enjoyed them all. The breakfast was generous and well presented with fresh juice coffee and all sorts of teas and toast.
The staff were not that friendly, didn't expect that coming.

The location is stunning, 15 minutes' walk to Club de Golf Matalenas. The hotel rooms are compact and perfect little with a very nice view and rain shower plus the bathroom. The staff is extremely friendly, amiable.

The hotel is very close to a beautiful beach, perfect for a relaxing day under the sun. It is also within walking distance of good restaurants, providing easy access to delicious food. The location is ideal, being near the large beach to the north of the city.
The beds in the rooms are quite small, which may be uncomfortable for taller guests.

The hotel decor is unique and both rooms we reserved were very well decorated. Modern bathrooms with nice powerful showers. Beds were comfortable. Staff friendly.

Convenience to all beach facilities in a quiet resort at this time of year.. Easy transport into main town. Good buffet breakfast included, served in attractive room.
Had a slight problem on arrival when no-one around to receive us at 5pm.

It was in a good and stunning location with a popular beach nearby. The area was nice just next door to Santander town centre as well as the best beach in Santander, in a beautifully quiet and clean neighbourhood.

Stayed at Boutique Las Brisas for a charming experience. Room was a tad small, but loved waking up to a glimpse of the sea from my bed. Free street parking available, with a bit of patience. The hotel is surrounded by modern buildings, but still had a lovely view through the trees. Enjoyed the TV selection and good reception. a nice old place with character.

The location is great if you want to relax by the sea, very near the beach but the picture does not show the apartment blocks surrounding the hotel. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent but in peak season it was overpriced for what it was.

The value for money at Boutique Las Brisas was excellent - the room felt like a scene out of a movie, and the whole hotel had that same stylish vibe. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and a short walk to the city center. The staff were efficient, friendly, and always ready to help.
The breakfast option could be improved with hotter coffee and better replenishment.
